1. Program Overview

The One Freedom™ Program (the “Program”) is offered by Vivien Roggero LLC (the “Company”) and includes:

- Weekly online coaching classes

- Weekly group coaching calls

- Monthly live Q&A sessions

- Replays of all sessions

- Exercises and workbook materials

Participants agree to adhere to the following Terms and Conditions as part of their participation in the Program.

2. Payment Terms

Participants may choose between monthly payments or a one-time payment option. Monthly payments will be automatically debited from the participant’s bank account or credit card on the subscription date each month for the duration of the Program. After the initial term, participants will have the option to manually renew their subscription.

3. Code of Conduct

Participants must comply with the following guidelines as part of the Program:

• Honesty and Transparency: Participants are required to provide honest and truthful opinions in any reviews, testimonials, or comments regarding the Program. Any statements made about the Program must reflect accurate and typical experiences and outcomes. If a participant’s opinion of the Program changes, making it impossible for them to truthfully endorse it, they must immediately inform the Company.

• Prohibited Activities: Participants may not make any false, deceptive, or misleading claims regarding the Program’s effectiveness or outcomes. Claims regarding personal success or financial outcomes must be typical and well-substantiated.

• No Misrepresentation: Participants are prohibited from making any claims that imply the Program is a “business opportunity” or guarantees any financial success or career advancement.

• Respectful Behavior: Participants must not engage in defamation, slander, or libel towards the Company, its employees, or other participants in the Program. Any unlawful, harassing, or abusive behavior is strictly prohibited.

• Accurate Representation: Participants must accurately represent the Program’s materials and not alter, misrepresent, or manipulate the content. They may not impersonate the Company or claim to represent the Company in any official capacity unless expressly authorized.

• Intellectual Property and Copyright: Participants may not use or distribute content from the Program that is protected by intellectual property laws without proper authorization. All content provided in the Program remains the sole property of the Company, and participants may not share, copy, or redistribute any material without written consent.

• Security: Participants may not use any malicious software or engage in any activity that could harm the Company’s systems or website, such as introducing viruses or attempting unauthorized access.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided in the Program, including but not limited to course materials, written documents, exercises, videos, and replays, are the exclusive property of Vivien Roggero LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Participants are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for personal educational purposes only.

Participants may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Program materials without prior written permission from the Company. Any breach of this provision will result in legal action.

5. Program Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify, alter, or discontinue any aspect of the Program at any time without prior notice. These modifications may include changes to program content, pricing, scheduling, or structure. Participants agree to remain flexible and accept any such modifications without compensation or cancellation rights.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

Vivien Roggero LLC collects personal information, including but not limited to names, email addresses, payment information, and data related to Program participation. This information is used solely for communication and marketing purposes directly related to the Program and other offerings by Vivien Roggero LLC or its subsidiaries, affiliates, or sister companies.

Participants have the right to request the deletion of their personal information in accordance with GDPR regulations. Requests should be submitted to [[email protected]] and must include the participant’s full name and a copy of a valid government-issued ID. All requests will be processed in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

7. Liability Waiver and Disclaimer

The Program is intended for educational purposes only. While the Company aims to provide tools and strategies for personal development, it makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes or effectiveness of the Program. Results may vary, and any testimonials or examples provided are illustrative only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release and hold harmless Vivien Roggero LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability for any claims or damages, including but not limited to physical, emotional, financial, or reputational harm resulting from participation in the Program.

Participants assume full responsibility for their actions, decisions, and outcomes related to their participation in the Program. The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the Program’s materials or advice.

8. Breach of Terms

Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will be enforced to the fullest extent of the law. The Company reserves the right to terminate a participant’s access to the Program and pursue legal action, including seeking damages and injunctive relief, for any violations of these Terms.

Participants are also prohibited from engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities, such as manipulating payment methods, violating intellectual property rights, or engaging in behavior intended to disrupt or harm the Program, the Company, or its participants.

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Participants may request a refund within 30 days of enrolling in the Program. To be eligible for a refund, participants must demonstrate that they have implemented the strategies and actions provided in the Program for at least 14 days prior to submitting a cancellation request. Proof of implementation may include documented exercises, worksheets, or other materials that show active participation.

Refund requests must be submitted via email to [[email protected]]. Refunds will not be provided after the 30-day period, and participants are responsible for the full cost of the Program.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyoming.
